Description
The high-efficiency extruder is specially designed for PE pipe, equipped with high-speed and low-noise reducer. The feeding section is equipped with cooling device and induction reversing spiral groove. Different isomers and wavy screws have large output and low melting temperature. The composite spiral extrusion die ensures the uniformity of melting pressure and flow, and the pipe surface has lubricity. Vacuum calibration and spray cooling tank are adopted, with accurate calibration and fast cooling speed. The tank body is made of stainless steel, double / multi crawler traction device, variable frequency speed regulation and planetary saw. It can cut super large diameter and thick wall pipes, and adopts composite extrusion die to increase pipe marking
